Use only commercial heavy-duty leads (no double adapters)

Leads must be uncoiled and correct length for site

No overhead power cords (except lights)

Leads must run through provided safety trays
Gas Safety Requirements
What’s required when cooking with gas.

All appliances must have a certified safety mark

Hoses must be at least 1.5m long and crimped (no screw-on clamps)

Gas bottles must be 1m from heat sources and power boxes
Market Setup Guidelines
When and how to arrive and set up safely.

No setup before 2:30pm

Drive slowly with hazard lights on

No early arrival before scheduled times
Pack-down & Exit Procedures
End-of-night rules to ensure safety and order.

No vehicle access before 10:30pm or until staff give the all-clear

Stall Setup Rules
Everything about your stall layout, boundaries, and safe setup.

Max stall size: 2.5m wide x 4.5m deep

Floor must be fully covered with rubber mats

Keep a 1m clear “service gap” behind your stall

Clearly display: Fire extinguisher, blanket, first aid kit, food license, and your Night Market ID

No items outside your boundary, and no cardboard mats

Children, non-working visitors, and pets are not allowed inside stalls
Clean-up & Waste Management
How to keep the site clean and stay compliant.

Leave stall area clean

Only on-site rubbish may go in market bins

All waste must be bagged and tied

Take home all cardboard and used cooking oil

Wastewater must go into the onsite grease trap only
Code of Conduct
